The very same motherfucker who decided PvE should have a combat tag so that players worldwide can rest assured knowing I lost 15k bounty due to unwisely deciding to fight a level 15 marine while I was severely underpowered, then attempted to avoid punishment by leaving the game

yeah I never go to the dark sea for this. Also I hardly ever get disconnected in the normal sea, its always in the dark sea for some reason

Imo, it’s a bad PR move since it makes people lose stuff and doesn’t refund their time, and besides, we could still call Vetex responsible for making AO on Roblox&multiplayer server based in the first place. But hey, they keep on playing despite having lost hours of their time investment to horseshit, there’s no need to change that.

Imo that “feature” to loose galls and ship storage when disconnecting should just straightup be removed, especially because lag has gone up severely.
I do not desire to loose all my stuff just because the game decided to randomly crash the server im on- and its just punishing for pve players for no bloody reason.
Sure, fame and co could be removed because that is not a pve feature, really- but everything else is just incredibly displeasing and annoying.
you could easily get into a fight, realize youre losing, then turn off your internet and ask for a restore to not get punished
disconnects are unreliable and not trustworthy

Let’s say you’re really quick with the mouse, and have a fast computer
Then it take 2 seconds atleast to turn off your internet
More if you’re playing fullscreen
That’s literally so free for your opponent
