Very WELL!!! I have THREE ideas for you my friend (all three came as a shower thought).

1. The Hollow Arrow

This humble odd bottle may not seem like much, but its purpose is much more than filling it up to drink or throw.

For it isn’t just a bottle, but an arrowhead, one made of “Crystal thorns”.

Crystal Thorns

Crystal Thorns [exotic item]
Desc: An unusual serrated formation of crystals found in rocks within the dark sea. It can be used as a catalyst in potion brewing (makes “Hollow Arrowheads”).

These arrowheads can be used/fired by the “Shaman’s Bow” (on the right), which does not have any skills, but can instead switch between different types of potions per skill key. Up to 3 types of potions/skill keys will be available. The type of potions to be used are up to the player, and when the potions run out the skill key will no longer be usable unless filled with another type of arrowhead potion.


(red is bleeding, purple is harming, and green is healing, only for examples)

Shaman Bow Stats:


I’m out of ideas for the methods to obtain this bow, I’m open for suggestion.

Potion users will thank me for this, and victims will despise me…

2. Golden Sap

Golden Sap [Food effect/Reagent] (rarity is undetermined, maybe exotic of legendary)
Desc: A rare type of sap that seems to have absorbed an abnormal amount of energy causing it to crystalize and glow. Can be used to make glided meals. Can also be used to make Tracking potions.

Has a 0.5% chance to drop when destroying trees, 1.5% chance when in the Dark Sea, and a 4% chance in the Far Reaches. Destroying metal trees in the dark sea/far reaches have a higher chance of 5-7%.

Tracking potions
Any Target hit by this potion will be visible (will look like a revealing potion but only revealing npcs/creatures/players) to all nearby players and is easily noticed by npcs. This potion also takes the aggro of the hostile npcs that are nearby, so even when hit by other players, the one who is affected by the tracking potion will be the main focus of the npcs unless damaged to a certain degree. Atlanteans in the dark sea will pretty much be alerted if the player consumes or is hit by the potion.

- 1 Golden Sap - ‘Evident I’

  • Lasts 40s
  • Range is 25m radius

- 5 Golden Sap - ‘Evident II’

  • Lasts 1m 20s
  • Range is 50m radius

- 10 Golden Sap - ‘Evident III’

  • Lasts 2m 30s
  • Range is 150m radius

(of course the time can be lowered cuz imagine having evident III in a clan server, you are asking to be ganked up. Plus the hallow arrowhead up there, player hunting is going to be fun and hell)

3. Dark Oil

Dark Oil (Exotic reagent)

Description: A mysterious aged oil that seems to be extracted from an unknown source in the dark sea, it seems to slightly repel magic. Can be used to make evading/slick potions.

Lore

It is said that cultists used these oils for sacrificial rituals. The aged oil is believed to come from human fat and liquids (such as blood and tears) which went through various processes to be the product it is now. However, there is no proof of this theory to be true.

Can be found in ruined structures in the Dark Sea, specifically; “Blood Well”, “Temple Ruins”, and more abundantly in “Cultist Statues” structures.

Evading/Slick potion

Slightly increases agility, decreases dodging cool down, and has a chance to ignore attacks (lower if projectiles like arrows, bullets, throwables, magic) and lower status effects. However, you tend to slip more often when climbing, attract more sharks when swimming, and your attacks will mostly miss.

1 Dark oil – “Evasive I”

  • Advantages
  1. +5% agility
  2. -10% dodge cooldown
  3. +5-10% chance to ignore dmg
  • Disadvantages
  1. 20% slip chance
  2. Attracts sharks
  3. 20% miss rate

5 Dark oil – “Evasive II”

  • Advantages
  1. +15% agility
  2. -20% dodge cooldown
  3. +15-20% chance to ignore dmg
  • Disadvantages
  1. 40% slip chance
  2. Attracts more sharks
  3. 30% miss rate

10 Dark oil – “Evasive III”

  • Advantages
  1. +30% agility
  2. -40% dodge cooldown
  3. +35-40% chance to ignore dmg
  • Disadvantages
  1. 70% slip chance
  2. Attracts more sharks and a chance to attract sea monsters
  3. 50% miss rate

This will pretty much help alot of players trying to avoid pvp and ganking and
there is going to be a whole new meaning to “oil up” :skull:.

idk why i made this got bored maybe? i got tired, so i couldn’t/didn’t/wouldn’t make design ideas for no. 2 and 3. people of Art , i require aid (if yall want to design 1/2/3 but no pressure).

good thing you didn’t add more tiers to dark oil or else people are gonna go ultra instinct with Evasive V
