I just discovered the barber’s ability to change your hair to any given ids available. and i have to say, its FUCKING LEGENDARY. honestly probably better than ao’s hair customization for that

I’m still power level 9… but I figured out how to level up super fast! I’ll tell you later, but yeah.
Also, now, my progression is showing. I’ve been playing for only 3 days, yet now I can:
Beat the Instructor many times without dying, in fact I’ve totally memorized his moveset.
How to beat: Parry first attack, m1 once, parry next attack, m1 once. This should “posture break” him, and he will be stunned, so you can wail on him. Normally after 1 more repeat of this he dies.
I can also beat 3 bLeaders(bandit leaders) at the same time, however my Galebreath normally helps with lowering their HP before approaching(i can still win without galebreath, though).
I also learned that I can run out of galebreath, and I have to wait for it to recharge. Not sure if there’s a way to charge it manually.
Still crap at PVP though. I’m gonna try and kill a monster next.
WoM Flashbacks
so basically, in layer 2 they replaced reservoir with tempo, which is how fast your ether (thing that you cast magic with) recharges. It goes down when not being aggressive and increases when hitting an enemy or getting hit.
At max tempo you can also ra do fus people away to get them off you, and while unreadable if you get parried, there’s a few free hits in you

A sad end.
So, Gabriel is dead.
However, the way he died was peculiar. So, I was trying to escape the depths, when I fell into the void. I assumed I would wake up in the Fragments of Self, but instead I awoke in a weird snow-landscape? My HP bar was still blue, so I was still in the depths, but where?
I explored a little, and encountered a COMPLETELY NEW monster. It was weird looking, like a grasshopper-spider? I ran away, but I lost my step due to surprise and fell once again.
The end of Gabriel the 5th… and the beginning of the 6th.
I created Gabriel6, managed to get him to power 8 in almost 45 minutes, and died.
This time it wasn’t my fault, instead the fault of my careless friend. I accidentally joined him, and we “tried” to progress together. First, he left me behind in Etris. I waited for him to come back to the gate(he was level 40+), and then he said he’s “going to minit”. I assumed Minitrysa, so I followed. But he said we’re making a stop at Erisia. I got left behind, and got gripped by a bLeader.
Then, we went back to Erisia, but we were met by 4 power 60s. They jumped and murdered us happily.
When we awoke in the Depths, I told him to try and slow down. He then said we are going to escape, so I followed him. We went around, killed a few monsters(mostly him, but I helped somewhat), and arrived at the city.
What ensued was chaos:
Of course, the gate was closed. So, we tried getting in the hard way… but then something horrifying happened.
Suddenly, 2 angels appeared and attacked. Since I had plenty of instructor training, they weren’t too hard, but I was VERY low HP from their spear throw attack, so my friend told me to run. He fended them off, and then…
A lion fish, a Sharko, and 2 MORE angels appeared. We ended up running away again, however my friend(much faster than me) left me behind… and the angels caught up to me.
You can probably guess what happened next.(they killed me)
I woke up, and was tired. First, I probably could have beaten those angels if I hadn’t chosen Galebreath. I heard somewhere you can get new magic ingame, through special quests, so for tomorrow, my mission is to obtain Flamecharm. I’ve even got a build planned out for it!
Oh the max level is 20

At a certain point when you fall into the void you straight up go to layer 2 of the depths, the eternal gale. Don’t worry about dying ot the void there because NO new player will likely even be able to get to the bonekeeper so yeah 
Ot is considered the most brutal place currently in game

A miniboss guy that has around 10k HP(for refrnce a bandit leader has around 200 hp)
He has some undodgable/ unparrayble attacks and he is actually considered quite tame in term of the other challenges on layer 2
Oh yeah he isn’t even close to the final boss of layer 2 aswell 
what the fuck. also what is the point in the depths where falling into the void brings you to layer 2? when i fell in it somewhere near the city i just died to gravity among other things.
You have to be at least Power 3 to not die to the void
Power 20 is the max level lmao.
It used to be 60, but they scaled it down to 20 with the Verse 2 update
I mean, for all purposes it’s still basically power 60, they just squeezed it down by 3s
