im not talking about the regeneration stat, im talking about how much health you actually regenerate per tick in combat
behold, with this build, you regenerate a whopping 34.925 hp per tick in combat!
i did this, with many trials and errors
because of the way the stat scaling works, i needed to have some defense, also because defense indirectly gives you more regeneration (1 def = 1 extra hp = 0.01 hp regen per tick outside combat)
anyways, i dare anyone to get a higher number than me

heres how i calculated the health gained
with the regeneration part, just hover over the stat and itll show you how much in combat
take that number and plug it into the calculator
look at how much your total hp is on the bottom (not base health)
take that number
divide it by 200
put those 2 numbers together and you get the answer (in my case, it was 19.7 in combat and 3045 max hp)
this build isnt optimized for it, but it has a great out of combat regeneration speed, that being 66.91 hp out of combat
im sure that theres a build combination that has an even higher ooc regen speed, but i dont want to have 5+ apps open at the same time again
have fun being literally unkillable! 200 damage piercing shots? 6 seconds and its wounds are gone!
better yet, you can pair this with a regen V fortified II meal, ironskin V elixir and 20% blocking power (from jewel substats)!
