Today, i tried to promote some guy in my guild.
But the problem is i can’t scroll down the member list for promote him. What do i do?
That’s a very common issue. You either click all the way down to where it’s barely visible or invite more members. Maybe rejoin or something else.

Actually you need 9 members for you to scroll. Just invite alts for the time being.
