Speaking from my experience, my snare hit more when I hover my cursor directly on the enemy
so we aint gonna talk about how far his spiraling fury sent him flying that far. That two of his spells are “Emperors shining balls” and “massive balls”. And the dude with the musket missed a point blank shot. mkay

Snare is a joke.
It works in pve 50% of the time and 0% in pvp
nah i don’t blame him. normally he’s cracked with the shots but i also just shot across the entire arena, can’t blame him for missing
Spiraling Fury moment
For some reason it worked really well in pvp for me
It has something to do with the range prolly that if you’re too close it won’t work properly
You’d think with shit like pulsar running amok, this would be more… effective?
