im so fucking terrible at aiming that i cant land max bursting explosion blasts in pvp, a lot of factors play into my severe lack of skill such as my shit reflexes, my lack of enough brainpower to predict, my terrible computer in combination with my godawful internet

ash is more like an ok magic has a status effect and all so its ok like with enough skill is good to use

cloud size depends on blast size, Ash has a 1.25x size multiplier while Poison has 1.1x (Poison is faster and has 3 methods of damage eith clouds, status, and projectiles

tho you can negate this by just spamming a bunch of blasts on each other since at that point they just accumulate

more blasts is more important than how big they are in terms of growth since a 2p blast smallest size compounded with itself is bigger than a single max size blast. o’m fuzzy on the numbers allowed and what things limit others in terms of blast size and number and damage etc. (it’s been over a year) but i could lab it out ig

Ash could’ve been top tier but the other magics can just do what it does but better, also I like how I didn’t chose any of the “good” magics on any of my files as I chose them randomly since (gold, ash, light)

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh the thing about poison is that its status doesn’t refresh, so landing a heavier blow won’t make the status stronger and Poison itself isn’t that strong in terms of flat damage so you don’t get to capitalize on it as much as you would want to

again, it’s been a FAT minute since i’ve played the game, however Ash has been established as higher than Poison after Vetex’s last update so it’s highly unlikely the meta would have changed in Poison’s favor since then
