well the sun does emit UV rays which is radiation so i guess yea

Ah nice now there cant be metal battleships anymore (pov: metal curse + lightning curse)
As sock said, light magic exists which is technically radiation. But I bet radiation magic would be possible. Although as of now it does not exist (as far as we know)
