This isn’t a romance manga: there is no misunderstanding that lasts for well over 80 chapters, there is no second or third girl that creates a love triangle which somehow stops any and all confession from being effective, you have no duty to stop the demon lord’s army’s rapid invasion before attending to your personal matters.
I’ve never once loved anyone outside of my family, but you don’t have to wait until the end of the world to confess, only to regret doing so this late.
