Also, is there another island with a lot of Pot Slots that isn’t Cassia Bay? 5 is great but I feel like that location puts a huge target on my back

If you’re in a server that has [c] at the end of the name, that indicates that it’s a clan server. People are automatically put in clan servers if their Clan has over 25k infamy, but you can easily join a regular server by using the server list instead of joining a random server
Unfortunately, no. The two closest runner-ups are Blackreach and Shale reef at 3 reagent pots, but those are also the meta galleon farming islands of their respective seas.
You could grind one of the many with 2 pots, but it’d be less than half the output of Cassia Bay. I’d say your best bet is just grinding in small servers where random people are less likely to steal the island
It takes 50 minutes for one golden apple to grow, so good luck. Remember that having your pots next to a Farmer’s hut will make them auto-collect.

you can buy one if you can’t get into a clan
If you combine the cost of buying a clan, and a farmer’s hut to get the clan treasury started it’ll take a down payment of 10k galleons, and then an additional 1k+ depending on how many farms you’re willing to pay for before transitioning to buying farms via treasury accumulated by other farms. (start with sugarcane because it produces as much as wheat but you buy it in 200 galleon chunks instead of 1,000. Also, if you place them well you can pack it insanely tight)
It’s worth it imo, the amount of reagents you can get is insane. Having a single auric seaweed pot active next to a farmer while speedrunning diving spots produces more than enough Auric Seaweed to sustain you on Water Breathing IV pots. You can also do other things like mass produce pink apples to avoid gankers.
So you’re gonna need a regular apple, and 8 gold ingots. You can farm Gold Ingots by melting down Galleons illegally until you get a bar.
sounds kinda nutty. 10k Galleons is most of my money, though. I also would’ve liked to be able to leave the clan once I’m done farming, to be able to distance myself from Clan-motivated hunting. Worth farming up the money on an alt, maybe…
Unless you think a decent supply of Love Gel would be enough to stem that? I dunno. Feels like people who care about that sort of thing would carry their own Love potions to stop people from protecting themselves.

We need a fire mage to help melt it down
Magic isn’t real so it’ll dissipate eventually. We’d need a Metal Curse user that can manifest gold and Randal for the Growth Curse to make a huge apple tree. As for melting it into bars if necessary, any heat magic will work as long as it’s strong enough.
