So uh, to actually increase my trust level i had to CAST A LIKE, that’s all i had to do 
But oh well now i can apply to become a suggestor.

Nope, leader is the highest and no tl5 exists
The ones that have more power than it are moderator and admin and they are separate from trust level (e.g. look at the admin misinput, who is a regular)
