I like to oil up my pan then add my rice, crush it around and get it puttered up and stuff… when it gets sticky I put in some soy sauce to wet it up then mix it around, then I make a space for my eggs to cook in for a few seconds, add the herbs and spices and mustard on there, mix it around for a few then mix in the rice while the egg is still eggy so it mixes into the rice… my rice is all yellow now
