I am currently on break from working at a nature summer camp as a counselor. I found a nice stump to sit on. I did not see the nettle. I have 8 stings on my buttocks and it hurts. I wanted to share this with you all

Should’ve put the nettle inside a large crack in the stump, and the stump itself must be old enough to crumble beneath the weight of the sitting person. Next time do better.

Pffft, least destructive “follower” of “creation” and they want a perfectly good stump to be destroyed the moment someone sits on it.
That is why I specified “a stump old enough it crumbles”. A stump like this is beyond saving, and is better to be disposed of, since fungi can grow in there and then possibly reach still alive trees and stumps. Instead of wasting what is still valuable, I repurpose what still could have uses.
Such a stump is an invaluable home to hundreds of cool little insects and critters. Your brutish methods involve throwing thousands into homelesness. Don’t speak to me again, creationist scum.
Those insects and critters would either continue on living just fine after the stump is sat on - they’re used to that, many animals in the forest heavier than a human can step or fall onto their logs, and the extinction hasn’t happened, or the critters would want to cause more old and fragile stumps to appear, thus going off to kill more trees.
Creationists are truly despicable! Not only do you prank an innocent person by having them sit on a stump that breaks under them, making thousands of innocent creatures go homeless in the process, but you also cause large scale forest devastation by forcing those critters to destroy more trees in hopes of finding a new home! You’re downright evil!
