I literally know no anime terms, since I think they’re mostly Japanese.
I only know a few from the cursed Anime thumbnails I see appear on my recommended yt

Yuri = lesbian (just a sidenote but yuri probably has multiple meanings and is used for naming girls)
Ecchi= borderline porn
Hentai= porn

Seinen = Seinen manga are Japanese comics marketed toward young adult men
