My guess is either red orange or brown with white
maybe a grey and blue uniform? The emblem could be shaped like a shield with a sailing boat on it with GRAND NAVY bold on it.

when I say orange I mean closer to the brown range than the bright orange
but now that I think of it there’s only bright orange and brown… and maybe beige counts.
