If sea curses do exist in Arcane Odyssey, they should be rare and only obtainable later in the game, why later in the game?
So there’s enough time for the Peacekeeper to have already defeated Hades and start hunting curses, to get rid of them all through what they learned from Hades.
Sea Curses should have a drawback, namely the Peacekeeper chasing after you.
Their ship is unmanned, but they can still use cannons without issue.
The Peacekeeper can only be in one server at a time, that server becomes “curse-locked”.
Any curse users will be combat-locked as long as the Peacekeeper is in the server, with all ways to evacuate besides sailing to a different sea resulting in a combat log.
In chat a message similar to the one for executions will show up.
For instance : “The Peacekeeper has arrived at the Bronze Sea.”
Defeating the Peacekeeper makes it so they go to a different sea or just don’t appear for a few days/a week, and you also get a relic from the Seven Seas ( not like Magius Relics ). These can be weapons and items from the Seven Seas of various qualities.
The Peacekeeper can also be seen off their ship sometimes, trying to find the whereabouts of curse users through bounty boards and contract boards.
( Or they could just use sensing I dunno )
That’s some ideas I was thinking up, also if you say something about there only being able to be one Sea Curse per magic, Online Fighting’s canon and there was the possibility for multiple people to get the same curse there, though its canonicity could be put into question regarding inconsistencies with what we know.
