If a robot had like a life-force or the soul of a living thing inside of it could that robot use magic?

normal question, totally nothing else to it.

Wouldn’t it just need a mind?

I think there should be different parts of the brain accounting for magic, so probably not.

Probably not

okay here lemme juice it up a bit:

what if you somehow put the soul of a former magic user that was in a biological body capable of magic, and put it successfully in a robot?

Then it probably would work, given it has the proper brain parts for magic and a soul.

If it could find a way to manipulate supplied magic energy akin to humans, yes

Perhaps humans could develop artificial minds. Magic items reaching singularity lends a bit of credence to this idea.

I thought magic has been slowly dying out because it’s like genes or somethin
don’t think it’s about having a mind

Minds played a pretty big part in AA’s storyline.

yes the magic is in the mind and whatnot but being able to think does not automatically give you the ability to use magic

Could some crazy, twisted scientist just remove the areas of these “minds” in someome’s brain and just…no magic?

:scream:

durza did it

What do you think this is, fucking FNaF?

yes.
