If AO was an RPG not on Roblox would you prefer AO’s graphics to be:
Anime-like? As in it would look like a Hoyoverse game like Genshin.
Or
Less Cartoonish? Looks closer to Elden Ring and is more ‘realistic’.

Less cartoonish would fit what the game is trying to go for better, however I don’t think it would work as well with the combats movement.
This. In my opinion anime games are just… weird tbh (from the very few i played a long time ago), but then I’ve never watched any animes either so ig that’s just my taste. Anyways, I don’t really think vetex’s going for that kinda thing with AO.
Honestly? I want to see how AO would look with the Dark Souls aesthetic.
Something in between.
something like the legend of zelda breath of the wild or like rumble for vr, i think the magic system would look and work well with those styles
Arcane Souls
Actually wait that’d kinda be dope
arcane spirits
(the two forces that made the world)
(also it sounds like some kind of drink)
Americanime styled. Like Avatar or something similar.
Sounds like I’m in danger, more like.
“My apple rum tastes funky, what’d ya do to it?”
“Ohhh, just spiced your drink with a little magic.”
“Oh shi-”
bartender is a poison mage
i like pixel/more cartoonish artstyle
not necessary anime-ish, just cartoonish
yeah with the sources of inspiration realistic would probably fit AO best ( so far we know of AC, BotW and Elden Ring, two of which have realsitc artstyle )
Like PSX graphics?
Something like this then?
steam is blocked in my country
yeah that looks pretty great
whats the games name? i can try looking it up
nvm its abyss x zero
Yeah I’m a fan of PSX-styled games, too. Hits my nostalgia funny bone.
Retro-style games in general, honestly.
yeah, good stuffs
Paper Mario
Retro graphics, like PSX or straight up pixel art games are pretty much the go-to for indie devs.
If there was an art style that Vetex would reasonably end up using, it’d be that.
