NPC’s to feel as if they are alive, such as talking to each other or maybe even bandits raiding towns (small towns) at long intervals (most likely 1 hour or more per raid).

anyways, i’d like some sort of harpoon that you could use to grab onto enemy ships. Think like a grappling hook, but cooler.
For example, you could jump up into the air, shoot it at the ground, and then go flying towards where you shot it.

Random Ideas
Create a guild ally system where any guilds that have an alliance will not be able to gain or lose infamy from killing each other.
Make vanity items that are effects, such as smoke or feathers surrounding a certain part of your body. Just thought that would be neat. 
Make Legendary weapons obtainable by side quests when they become a thing. The side quests that give legendary weapons would have to be in multiple parts and extremely difficult, but in the end it gives the Legendary weapon. These side quests should be like 12-15 part quests.
Lost Spell Ideas
Eradicate- Use all of your magic energy to send an extremely large and powerful shock-wave around you. However, you will be wide open after using it.
Possess- Use your magic energy to make the target walk in random directions for 5 seconds. (Would need a long cooldown)
Elemental Swarm- Your element type surrounds the enemy for 20s doing damage of time.
Elemental Eruption- Quickly release your magic energy just barely faster than you can charge it, while releasing your energy you deal damage in small bursts every 1s in a massive AoE.
Magic Punch- If near an enemy, warp in front of them and punch them for a medium amount of damage. (Takes a decent amount of energy and has a long cool-down)
Elemental Realm- Summons your element in the sky above you in an extreme AoE. (Depending on the element, certain things would then start to fall from the sky dealing damage if hit by them. For example, if magma used this, heavy magma blasts would fall down and spill magma puddles. If it was lightning, then it would be a weaker but more accurate lightning)
