If you have a treasure chart and you get executed, does the treasure still exist?

Lets say you got a treasure chart for windrow island and then you got executed, does the charts treasure still exist?

I mean you die first then get imprisoned waiting for execution so its instantly lost when you die

I mean the treasure, will it despawn?

Not sure, but I have dug up a random sealed chest from a ground that was slightly exposed, so maybe?

treasure is tied to having a chart, so yes it will

I’ve had a friend die with a chart while I was digging it up and I couldn’t dig up the last parts of the treasure

Ah damn I was hoping whenever I got executed I would just say the charts directions and thought it would be funny
