I hate to be the annoyin mf who keeps bumpin his dumbass topic all the time but this is gonna be the last one or penultimate one I swear don’t scream at me 
anyyyyyyway, turns out I actually can contact customer support, but it just has to be by phone, speaking truthfully I’m quite nervous about this since maybe I can’t understand the accent of the customer service person or maybe that they can’t help me or whatever, I would call rn but it’s most likely too late in the day to call, I’d love to know if any of you (probably not) have contacted customer support over the phone and if they’re helpful or not since that’d probably help out with the nerves
