This window has been popping up since 2 days ago.
I left the game for a moment and tried to reconnect, but this window popped up and I couldn’t access the game. I got banned even though I didn’t do anything to deserve a ban.
Please release the ban. It’s unfair.

I believe you would have to contact the game mods on Discord. Usually the game is correct on these sort of things now but if you think this was a wrongful termination then you can try asking them about it
Iirc Vetex has mentioned that he’s lowering the level exploiting boundary soon, or at least suggested that he would since people can get to max so fast.
For now contact the game mods on discord via a support ticket and see if they can help.
how’d you get to max that fast?
probably a lot of cargo
it doesn’t seem too difficult to get to max level in 4.2 hours especially if u have a few friends helping you cargo
The requirement to get banned for level exploiting is reaching max level below 3 hours
It’s possible to do but the mods have logs whether he did it with cargo or not, if they found out he didnt do it with cargo then pretty much it checks out that he exploited since other alternative methods takes a lot of time even with help
If it was with cargo then he could probably get unbanned, one problem is that going back into that file would get you banned again. The only choice is to delete it sadly

I’m pretty sure only supervisors can directly change files and even then that’s only by restoring items.
Wait so vetex found a way to fix it? Iirc there was a post where a mod said that using the file again would automatically get banned by the anticheat and that they couldnt do anything about it
Headless is the only one who can edit file stats while the user is offline, we basically just wait on him to edit the hours stat so they can play again without being auto banned
