I think they both mutated flare against kraken cause their minds were so in-tune with each other that they managed to achieve the same mutation. Technically their magics only have different names cause Angel’s promethean flare magic is unique in that it came from her promethean fire magic. Juniper’s flare magic being called nebula flare is probably just the name of the flare variation, similar to Olive having emerald crystal magic vs. Rebecca’s amethyst crystal magic
Real, arcane and especially the AA webcomic have been my hyperfixations for the past few years. All the art and worldbuilding I used to do for myself felt pretty lackluster until I used the webcomic as the universe for my own little project. I’m glad to see someone else with webcomic brainrot too lol
