i checked the email i put in and it’s the right one, so why am i not getting the email (checked spam, tried sending the email again, and my email doesn’t have any filters on it.)
You should try now. The issue lies in the fact that we have a limited amount of emails we can deliver per month ( ~ 5000 ).
And by default discourse does not allow us to to turn off non-system emails. Meaning users who go and change the default settings for notifications via email consume emails. I reset the 38 users who did have emails on but they could potentially turn them back on.
Regardless whenever emails are not working it just means we ran out of emails for the month.
