So paper even thought it’s getting removed is still really good because of the nice bleed stack and you can just abuse casting speed with it. So imagine if you made your ultimate art a 4 blast multi? it would be like an instant health shredder. Sounds like fun and pain
Unfortunately you will never be able to experience it since it will be removed in revamp.

But why?
Because paper could deal an absurd amount of damage with bleed stack.
