Dame Caesennia had never left Ravenna before. Twenty-eight years old, a centurion of the Bronze Legion, and yet still she has never seen a place outside of her home island with her own two eyes.
A week and a declaration of war ago, that changed.
Now she finds herself in Sameria, and receiving the attention of a merchant woman whom she swiftly grows attached to as they talk about their lives, jobs, and magic.
Basically just a short story I made for Valentines Day that I posted very, very close to the deadline where I finally let Caesennia be happy and give out some of my ideas for this game’s magic system, lol.
not saying im NOT interested in your writing, like I’ll probably have a look sometime, but I don’t remember ever saying i was, unless I’m just remembering wrong?
appreciate the thought regardless, and again I’ll look sometime
edit: ok yea ive worked out how it may have been implied. apologies for the confusion. feel free to continue to ping me tho, i dont mind!
i genuinely love your interpretation of General Julian
(spoilers)
his glass trinkets in his office and also supplying glass for the entire kingdom is hella cool
and also how pissed he is after drawing with a teenager in a fight
additionally the fact he actually interacts with the centurions is cool, says that caesennia is going to shell island in a few days out of nowhere (and sir gaius mention rahhh)
and i guess you WOULD be able to sense wotan from a sea away
