oh shit, I didn’t realize how old this post was I just saw it in my suggested topics, mb y’all
Swordburst 2 is the absolute winner.
It’s boring, pointless, and all you can do is grind
There is no interesting gimmick or trick or any of that shit. It’s just basic-ass AI over money making with a terrible, but somehow popular game.
AA would probably be my second choice, since, at least in AR, not having 170 Strength levels is appearently fucking LOW in The Second Sea.
Yeah that’s concerning as fuck.
As for a non-RPG, second most grindy would be The Land of The Rising Sun. It’s a Roblox MMO, and while not an RPG, it is quite grindy, but also really fun too. Mid levels are most annoying, due to lack of new weapons when all the enemies still destroy you. But it’s still quite fun. Very grindy, but that with exploration can be fun.
I thought it was new
It’s 26 days old T_T
wom - thats grindy as fuck
sb2 - pure grinding
ff - meh grindy i think
dbzfs - uh idk shit
sb2 - very grindy
rl - grindy
aa - very grindy
dq - g r i n d y
dbzfs - dunno lol
Well since everyone revived this topic…
Imma only explain those I played for obvious reasons, also they aren’t in a specific order
WoM : All about grinding but at least there’s multiple methods
Swordbust 2 : Grinding simulator, all you do is farm enemies (Barely played like an hour or 2)
Rogue Lineage : …eh idk I didn’t reach the grind part, I never went past the “confused newbie exploring the map while trying not to die” phase (Barely played a few days)
AA : I mean it’s all about grinding, but to me the goal of the game was following the storyline, which is currently not the case for WoM at all
Dungeon Quest : Basically endless grind with no real purpose except raising the difficulty when you reach the required level
Fantastic Frontier : It seemed super grindy but I didn’t go far at all due to constant confusion and being lost.
Just realized the only one I never played was DBZ Final Stand
DBZ Final Stand isn’t an RPG, but it does have grinding elements.
Create a character and do ki blasts and shit to kill NPCs and level up.
Levelling up gives you new moves, and new forms upon reaching certain levels.
The quest system isn’t incredibly painful, and relatively forgiving, doing about 4-5 quests and then proceeding to another quest.
However, choosing the wrong moves will probably fuck you over in the end.
Add Sl2 to the list.
Revived topic aaaaaaaaaaa
It seems everyone has the same opinion lol
