Either frost gem, lightning gem (it’s a debuff build, duh) along with the legendary reforge

@Hello I uh had a little silly moment as I was making the build in a rush. The 5th accesory slot should either be Frost cone/(frost gem) or shock scale (lightning gem)
You can also use freezeflame gauntlet if you prefer more consistent Debuffing

Slowness counts as a valid debuff towards corroded scalpel and since bleed is only applied on heavies I wanted to have a more consistent source of corroded scalpel damage
Also only SOME bosses have status resistance. Most are not immune.
Also the debuff still applies as a value and increases the damage

Btw the decaying eclipse build does like 600 damage to lazurai in one downtime so I’d say it’s a success
