i watch these guys on youtube that talk about weapons and they do agree that typical scythes (ones used for harvesting grain) cannot be used as weapons because the blade is pointed towards you rather than your enemy
however, there have been instances of farmers inverting the scythe blade to face outwards and there are also war scythes inspired by that which were designed for.. well.. war
obviously it doesnt have the cool factor that a regular scythe has, but yeah its not a horrible weapon

duh, Hammers exist. Solely due to their center mass they should be a pain to wear due to how heavy the are. Therefore, they also SHOULD deal abnormal amounts of damage once you crush someone’s skull with it. Though at this point any weapon could do fatal damage
