The title is simple.
After the changelog thing there’s THIS Feature which could make the sailing straight up an annoyance.
This is straight up outrageous. This Feature shouldn’t have been implemented in the game EVER but no, we are going to have it. In this suggestion i may propose a few sub-features which would somewhat make this new feature better.
Inertia
Inertia should be a thing. As of right now, when you jump in a ship, for example, Brig, you just fly out of the Brig because of stupid Roblox mechanics and you don’t keep the Inertia of the Ship, which is exactly the reason why you fall off. Same goes with casting spells, why would spells even hold you in place when casting?
So, if we still wanna keep the mechanic where every spell holds us in the air, it should then only work on ships and other moving objects we are standing (Or flying above) on, which allows us to cast spells, skills, rites and etc. Without getting pushed out of the moving object, therefore keeping it’s momentum. This also happens with potions, and with LMBs of all the fighting stuff like weapons and FStyles, which also helps to fight back and not fall off every time.
Back to the seat-kicking feature.
So, from now on, with Inertia, when we get kicked off the Ship, we won’t fall off but be locked on the Ship, which will make sailing MUCH better with such a mechanic.
But I said there were a FEW features.
So, another Proposal is that most status effects like Poisoned won’t make you leave the sea, only physical attacks would do, because otherwisely just imagine getting something like water poisoning or corroding, it’s straight up rigged at this point… Small Proposal isn’t it
