Inherited curse immortality question

so if someone has a curse, they stay in their prime until they get killed. Do inherited curses come with immortality? If so, do people canonically stay as babies their entire immortal lives? I’m bamboozled…

nope, it’s just a power boost

so inherited curses die of old age

yep, it’s not the true curse they get, only a fraction of its energy

so if they die of old age but have the curse, where does the curse go

sorry, i made a typo

?(complete sentence)

People with curse inheritance didn’t actually inherit the curse itself just some fraction of it’s power. Them dying of old age has no affect on where the actual curse is, or if it did it wouldn’t be because of their curse inheritance. The actual curse is just somewhere out there or in someone else’s possession.

Inherited curses are like sock said power boosts that are give to descendants of curse users

Curse holders do not die of old age because they become the magic energy of their element and can thus only be hurt by magic energy. This is why the sea which is filled with magic kills them
Curse inheritors, on the other end, do die of old age, because they aren’t inheriting the curse fully and becoming the element. They are just getting some inherited power.
For example Neviro has darkness inheritance but he can’t actually use the curse or anything, he just has a slightly better spear. He is capable of being hurt by physical things just like any regular person is and whatnot

Honestly such bullshit that they don’t violently combust when they fall into sea, that sounds way more interesting than just One Piece rip-off
I want to yeet Rupin into the sea so bad
(Not only does he not die or anything, he can literally swim)

I would expect having one to extend your age more than if you didn’t have one, but not by a lot

Well if you were a magic user I assume it would?

yea prob i mean magic can increase lifespan so why not part of a curse
