withered was op cuz shadow was already a great magic

Any kind of long-lasting injury is something that in my opinion should be kept to specific combat methods explicitly designed with that as a focus rather than it being prevalent everywhere. That way it’s much less problematic. Nothing about this would be fun or beneficial to the game honestly, not sure what you were thinking.

Immersive does not equal fun and these effects are all significantly detrimental to the gameplay experience and widespread. The entire community would implode with outrage if this suggestion was added.
