It doesn’t actually resemble the magic circle in AO, however it does look to be some kind of magic circle (somewhat similar to the one in wom)
I am thinking that this might just be meant to imply that chaos is central to the working of magic, and perhaps this thought and discovery is what leads to the advanced magic circle in the decanonized future
I think this because of the translation of the text of the circle in WoM (won’t post it here but I can go in detail in DMs)
Once again this is speculation on a piece of canon that has been decanonized for a while and doesn’t really hold much weight in actual AU canon
If it’s talking about that then why does this one’s translation have nothing to do with it?
I believe it isn’t really that deep because how would’ve ancient civilizations known about the translation when they existed before it, so it could just be a symbol for it like how we have stop or yield signs which can be recognized by both symbol and text

I have never seen the “no public translations!!!” rule broken. Not even ONCE.
I genuinely doubt anybody would give a single shit if people started ignoring it and posting translations publicly.

Nuh uh, if everybody just stars posting translations then only one person needs to do it which makes it boring
I’ve seen it broken once as a post asking for help on then and it leaked some translations, it got closed then unlisted. Other than that it’s never been broken because you can just dm the person the translation instead of posting it publicly
