basically refers to suggestions that ask to add back dynamic npcs (as in the npcs that would walk around towns in world of magic) to ao, added around the start of ao’s development when vetex didnt want to bring them back due to the lag they caused, and because of that you werent allowed to suggest them since it would be instantly denied anyway
were getting client sided dynamic npcs in full release which will be less laggy at the expense of other players seeing different npcs than you
