Inverse helps you with your math homework

Yep I can help with that too.

1/200 for sunkens in general, 1/1600 for the specified sunken.

do u have access to this

Nope I do not.
You could screenshot it if it’s something visual.

ok can u just explain the method to solve this

she did smth like this btw that’s the method (ik I don’t have a lot of info)

Use Pythagorean theorem for PM and then you can solve the rest with the angles of the first triangle

Alright, firstly you will need to get the PM side length. Using the Pythagorean theorem a^2 + b^2 = c^2 you get 5^2 + b^2 = 13^2

how are you supposed to get the P angle on 1 side

theorm only work for side not angle right

you can get the ratio for the angle using trig (sohcahtoa)

wth is this

sine = opposite / hypotenuse, cosine = adjacent / hypotenuse, tangent = opposite / adjacent.

Soh cah Toa

You can get angle P’s other angle (forgor the name) from the first triangle then just subtract that number from 90

bro we haven’t learned any sine cosine tangent stuff idk this

this

it’s called bunny slipper ig?

wtf is this goofy ass American method

Forgot to mention that sine cosine and tangent are all functions of the angle (theta), so its really:
sine(theta) = opposite / hypotenuse, cosine(theta) = adjacent / hypotenuse, tangent(theta) = opposite / adjacent.

you would need to use arcsine, arccosine, and arctangent to get the angle back from it.

that’s what I’m saying bro I could study the pic for 10 seconds but I’d rather have ao addicts explain it lol

do they teach this 10th grade on level lol
