Because character design. All interpretations are valid. Even if I’d personally disagree with the probability of her looking like that or the design itself. There’s been far worse cases.
Except non-short Iris. That is actually banned. I will flame you if you make her anything but a hobbit.
Tbh if since its fan art true, I personally wouldn’t make iris overweight as imo id be saying iris is an unhealthy person, but I wont stop anyone from doing that to their headcannons.
Chubby and unhealthy don’t always go together. You can eat 5 meals a day and sit around on your couch all the time and still be skinny, or go to the gym 4 times a week and eat exclusively salads and sandwiches and still be chubby. I go to school with prime examples of both of these.
