this images shows the stats for a savant to get strong tier cause normally a pur stat build would need 600 stats into a stat to get strong and that player would neeed to be lvl 300, but for savant they would need 150 into a stat and then they could put 72 into another stat an 50 weopon.

yes, if you had a 149 savant from before nimbus
if you don’t, then you’ll just have to wait until the level cap raises higher
149 stats before nimbus? so if 150 not possible due to the lvl cap cause there is more stats?
and the file would not become a savant if it has 150 into a stat
