Is it still possible to reach Insanity 5 and survive?

Been curious about this since pre Full Release there was the Warding 6 armor glitch and a friend told me it got patched. Is it still possible to visit i5 and not die?

I think if you get tier 5 insanity with food, it doesn’t kill you.

I think I remember a video from before the Dark Sea update where people got insanity from shrooms and didn’t take damage from the Dark Sea. Maybe if you had insanity 5 from a meal or potion, you could do it.
