iirc the sky people in AA were a lot better/stronger at magic compared to the filthy seadwellers

im thinking skyhall will have the nimbus sea order bosses, including the high lord

possible, maybe the order just manipulate skyhall by saying how even more supreme they would be if they work with the order, etc etc.
