This arguments been fucking up a good portion of threads, so I pose the question:
Is steam magic
- A placeholder magic specifically to allow steam imbues to exist.
Evidence: no steam equivalent for fs since steam counts as a a magic, showing a steam magic has to exist for the imbue. Steam is very clearly unfinished despite other things light ancient lightning being finished and unused. Kind of a boring idea, and the imbue is base stats so it would be objectively bad for conjurer (balancing yayyy) - Steam is a magic that will be directly accessible in the future.
Evidence: exists in game and is usable by devs. Technically has a unique hazard although I don’t know how credible it is (it’s just the steam clouds from a heat magic hitting water). Used to be a futurely obtainable magic in aa.
- Steam magic will be obtainable as a lost
- Steam magic will be obtainable as an ancient (the hell are you on)
- Steam magic will stay imbue exclusive
- Steam magic will be reworked into something else that will be player obtainable
