Is the game optimisation really that bad?

Aside from ash magic, and slight delay here and there my computer runs pretty good on the game I’m using a gaming PC but nothing fancy I think people just need to invest in what ever they think is worth getting into. Instead of complaining about optimisation when they don’t even have a semi decent PC.
I’m open to me being wrong thoe maybe there are some things I’m overlooking.

I have an Entry Level-ish gaming PC, and it runs decently, still get some FPS drops here and there but its acceptable

Playing on my MacBook has a lot more FPS drops though

Most of the playerbase and forumers are middle school to high school teens, we’re either saving money for something like college (if you have a job) or don’t have a source of income (if you don’t), both of which lead to not being able to upgrade PC parts.

Playing on Graphics 8, the game runs fine for the most part with input lag in Non-USE or non-USC servers (although I think that’s from the distance from servers, not the game itself), but if any attack gets too close to my screen (which isn’t much), I start lagging. It’s most prevalent with Explosion Magic’s visuals.

That’s a roblox thing, I don’t know how they managed to mess that up but somehow in every game having your camera close to particles is a lag fest waiting to happen.

I first noticed this in a random fps game where if my camera was in an explosion my fps would tank as if I just booted up RTX GTA V

It runs worse than WoM (and majority of roblox and non-roblox games) for me

Its pretty bad ngl

But its better than 90% of the roblox games today

It’s like this for my brother, but there’s a specific part he needs it’s either a processor or GPU I forgot but he had his parts stolen and were putting it back together. But yeah he can play most games besides ao,but I’m sure it’s because of one of the parts he’s missing or needs to replace

Well, I live in Colorado, which I’d personally say is midwest US. Even on USW or USC servers, i can get really terrible ping spikes while 1v1ing. Like, bad enough that my dashes don’t register, or it takes 5-10 seconds for a move or t jump to occur. But Vetex can’t do much due to it being mostly roblox based issues, with him stating that while he’d love to optimize the game, the tools he has to make it doesn’t give him a good indication on where or how the game is crapping itself on the back end.

I haven’t had horrible experiences, but the optimization could be better. I do have a bunch of ping spikes, projectile desyncs, and input delay here and there before.

It’s probably equivalent, if not slightly worse than World of Magic performance-wise. Which honestly doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, considering World of Magic had so many more moving parts attached to it (namely the dynamic npcs), with the biggest reason to revamp the game being to make it more performant.
