Is the nimbus dark sea the same as the bronze dark sea?

I read somewhere you shouldnt do nimbus dark sea expeditions with no further explanation, is it any different?

Far as I know, the only difference is that the ships are a tier higher.

I think the atlanteans are higher level Ive seen some with blue levels in either late insanity 0 or early insanity 1

From my experience doing Nimbus Dark Sea expeditions, the first range in Nimbus is a lot shorter, but the ships are a tier higher (although they don’t seem much stronger).

They don’t seem different to me. They’re not harder, although I also haven’t seen any Atlantean ships in Nimbus runs.
