So i have difficulties finding Mercenary Guilds or informations about them, are they just like getting paid for like in any other game or are they working different in this game?

Basically sea bounty hunters,though we have no ideas for any lore related to them yet.
That is indeed interesting . . i hope there will be more in the future.
But who knows, i will hunt for those clues.
If there just “mercenaries”, wouldn’t they be on land too? Like they have got to be a navy for the magic council or something. If not, probably a Militia.
