50% of 272 is 136 of course and you haven’t hit that threshold.
it is a savant but a pretty bad one, i’d recommnd at least getting leap. I’m assuming you’re either lightning and want sailor + kai sabre flying slash or a hot magic that wants thermo
lightning water sunken savant (assuming i can get sunkens, weapon changing means i could hopefully use staff)

you can’t use sunken staff but you can use sunken sword, idk if you can get tiger rush tho but rising tide’s guaranteed but i think you’ll have a hard time without leap. My savant rn is 62 wep 120 str for shot and sailor style and 90 magic for beam and leap im lightning too
no if i replace the skills maybe i can use it (idk we don’t really know how it works)
oh with wep customization? idk about that maybe the stat req will be 2 high

the staff has a base requirement of 200 for skills as its a level 100 weapon (100*2)
you also cant transfer fury of the sea on anything else
