He flew from Ravenna to Wind-Row as stated in dialogue, and thereās very clearly blue fire around him. Iām late as hell to this but Iād say thatās enough evidence that heās using the inferno curse, there isnāt anyone just casually flying around right now unless itās Calvus, or another curse user.
