Vetex specifically said it was in conjunction with the qualities of the curse.

Magma acts more silent and calm to bouts of destructiveness indicating a more calm and collective qualities, especially since Magma is a liquid, to Fire which is literally burning indicating aggressiveness and consumption. Just because Magma is hotter than Fire doesn’t mean that it makes the user more hot headed.
its like everybody here only reads exactly what suits their argument and ignores literally every other detail.
Of course curses can make you go insane even if you throw out the whole “your personality takes on the essence of the curse”.
Imagine just one day being given incredible power instantly setting you above 99.99% of the world only held by a small number of people + immortality.
Most people would say “I’ll use it for good and not for my own benefit” but for the lot of us, we all know that’s bullshit.
At the same time, though, if a person has a mind suited for gaining such power, they would be able to retain themselves through it.
Fire doesn’t just represent mad chaos and destruction, it can also represent warmth, safety, healing, and other similar not terrible things.
We don’t light a campfire to burn down forests, do we?

we don’t see him using much of anything, all there is to show for it is some blue flames where he crashed into Windrow
It would be hilarious if warren actually just had some random curse/ magic and the only reason there was blue fire around him was because of some freak gas explosion

Also AA protagonist after beating Durza and Hades, looking at your post:
(Durza with his amount of different curses and magics certainly stronger than grand fire curse user, since Durza won in fight against supercurse user Cursebeard, I doubt those grand fire curses are stronger that much)
Also: Morock’s death didn’t caused any environment changes, while Durza’s death caused so many issues, its could mean Durza is much stronger than Morock.

Probably, but Morock’s curse shotted from him to the space, which probably made an explosion too.
so if the fire curse makes you hotheaded and aggressive does the ice curse make you cool and relaxed all the time

makes you rock hard 
in all seriousness maybe it makes you very, very stubborn, which can be positive or negative. could also make you super down to earth (ie super blunt/matter of fact)

so I’m assuming only the wood and growth curse will keep you relatively normal if not improve your personality
wood → wanting to be connected with others
growth → “I turned myself into a tree warren”
This also means Durza was shaped to be greedy by the curse too and not just Hades since absorption is inherently greedy.
