i was a warlock before i was a mage, but the crash is useless now
maybe i’ll come back to it someday after the next update which increase the dectection cone, but for now i’ll stick throwing out attacks with size of an island (its really fun)
also wind sygnerizes best with ash is kinda dumb since it can only gain the dmg boost when ash petrify the target… which requires ash to deal like 33% of total HP
if anyone want to go wind ash explosion i recommend getting explosion first since charred actually increase wind dmg
tho if you focus a lot on intensity/size and you could go ash since the cloud would be pretty big with those
Wind is similar to light in the fact that it’s gimmick is mainly dealing low damage fast attacks that rack up quickly with aggressive enough play, so if you like that, then it’s good.
it also has good size + synergies with freeze though personally I like light due to light’s ability to grant more damage with consecutive hits.
nah wind magic itself is fine tbh, i was a wind mage before this and performed decently okay ( granted i dealt no dmg but it was becuase i ran a funny knockback build )
with my old ( full calvus ) i can deal around 180, which was decent enough
javelin is your friend if you want to deal alot of dmg, iirc that thing can deals like 300+ if set at 4 pulses
just set it to 1-2 pulse then, unless your aim is so ungodly terrible you would most likely land the javelin close enough for the target to take dmg from the pulses
