Recently the forums has been really slow for seemingly no reason and I don’t know why
My forums have probably frozen up like, twice while writing this, any way to fix it?

rb1 is making so many bots the forums can’t handle it
Even before I signed up, they were always insanely slow. Not sure why. They’ve gotten way worse now that I did

It’s been happening here&there across the past few weeks and it apparently was due to an issue with discourse.
I’m guessing that this is the same thing happening.

I got an error like 30 minutes ago saying the forums was either out of service or moved to a different website, that’s how laggy it was.

Edit: I just tried to make a new topic and it legit froze for 30 seconds
Glad it’s not just me. I’ve reset my computer three times now.
Same here, every other site works fine, but as soon as I try to hop on the forums my computer starts acting like the wifi is being broadcast from a basement 3 miles away. Site takes 30 seconds to load when every other site I try to use takes like 2
I twelveth this. It took me 8 seconds to even click on this topic.
(Edit: Took 8 seconds to post the reply, 10 seconds to reload the page because the edit button wasn’t working, 8 seconds to realize that the edit button actually just took 8 seconds to open the edit menu, and probably another 8 seconds to finalize this edit…)

it took me like, 26 seconds to open the forums on my phone
im gonna crash out it takes like 20 seconds to load

Yeah, think it’s just overburdened servers. Probably just due to too much data usage or something.
How do we fix this? With the Purge, of course. Every man, woman, and arcanist for themselves.
