You definitely should already do that ngl, just check his activity log, he literally only interact in his topics and all three of them are similar to this. He will 100% bump, if not then make a similar post.
Yeah he deserves that ban at this rate, even if it was false this level of attention seeking is something I’d anticipate from an exploiter.

Funny thing is that I was in a similar situation as him last year when items can spawn infinitely due to servers being exploited, I was false flagged by the anticheat for collecting a lot from Thorin’s island after coming back from the dark sea.
I had no record of it happening and all I could say when creating the appeal ticket was that I didn’t know it would ban me for collecting a lot and I have no record of it happening but I didnt want to lose my 500+ hours worth of account. A game mod (iirc someone named CosYo?) checked and it turns out im in the clear then unbanned me, this interaction made it clear for me that they do have a way to check someone if they did exploit.
Him still not getting unbanned just convinces me that he did exploit.

They dont realize one can create a multitude of alts and continue to exploit bugs and even create game breaking ones like massive dupes and inventory stealing just for the fun of it if their goal was to just… exploit. But if he was suspected to do that again (what I assume to be the reason they continue to refuse) why would he request data deletion and want to do that on his main account where he could also land in trouble with roblox for hacking?

Looking at this topic reminded me once more that Vetcord’s moderation has some serious problems. How can you ask someone to make an alt when it would break the rules, and how can you ask that of them when you could simply unban them?
I’ve had a terrible experience of my own in a restore ticket after losing my best dark sea haul ever due to the bugged global shutdown to remove luck Ⅲ, which of course wasn’t restorable because of a discrepancy and contradiction in the rules (which the mods who denied my request agreed existed after proving it to them, but they did nothing about it).
They better put me on the mod team NOW, upsetting grown adults go through mental loops to NOT properly moderate.

This is something that’s always really confused me.
If a guy breaks the rules and gets banned for it, only for the moderator to tell them to make an alt, what the hell was the point of banning them???

When I said they went in mental loops just to not moderate properly I meant it, its honestly a circus and every moderator is a performer
From the looks of it, the point was to wipe their account along with their throwable emails. Roblox and any email host eventually reach a cooldown on how much account you can create in a certain time, so exploiters would have to wait for a bit if they want to exploit.
Confirmed exploit bans are unappealable, so if said exploiter claims to have “changed their ways” or “didn’t exploit”, all they can do is suggest them to make an alt. It’s pretty effective along with the anticheat considering otherwise, 2/3 chance we would have been meeting exploiters in a server. The only problem would be undetectable exploits with examples such as the pvp scene and new type of exploits.
I get the hate with game mods but they do a pretty decent job for someone who isn’t even getting paid, at the very least when it comes to exploiters.
I mean if somebody gets perm’d that’s usually supposed to mean that they’re explicitly unwelcome in the game/community.
Telling them to get an alt is telling them to come back, defeating the purpose.

Either they need to leave or they’re perfectly welcome. what’s this “make an alt” business? Just do a data wipe or something if it’s somehow necessary.
They have to provide an alternative I guess, game mods don’t exactly hate people who get confirmed perm banned, it’s just part of their job to ban or unban mistakes (If being a game or discord mod is a job lol).
Pretty much they have to keep the appearances that they do not hold any bias or something idk. Anything they reply would still result in it being used against them considering game mods literally have a bad rep already in the community, the best they could do is act friendly.
Data wipe is useless when it comes to confirmed exploit bans though. They get to keep the account email used with it and they can quickly obtain any shit in the game by modifying drop rates. The only best option is to heavily inconvenience them by burning through all their throwable accounts until they reach the cooldown, it’s one of the reasons why moderators of any game still bans alt accounts.
Except if you let them use their main account, then you can track how many times they’ve done it.
