Jacquelin Chen, The Dancing Blade. First mate of Crown Pirates, and brother-in-arms to Edward Creed.
Born in Ryujin Dynasty, but having worked in the Navy as a Vice-captain under Edward Creed, he became a vital commander and Edward’s most trusted man. Together they rebelled and created the Crown Pirates, starting a chain of events which will alter the future of War Seas (in my AU comic).
